I miss the Okaloosa County Tax Collector's office in Niceville. In and out in no time and you walked out with your license

 

I'd probably miss it too if I had ever been there. Niceville is a lot smaller than Orlando. We've only got 3 or 4 tax/dmv places if I remember right. They are slow to cash checks too. Took them 9 days from the day I mailed it for them to cash it. Turds.

Ive been to the one in Fort Walton Beach as well. Niceville was just close to the base.

nice. I'm not sure my phone can do those speeds even. I get 1/4 of that speed on my phone when testing and for some reason I can never select a Florida server manually until I let the app physically locate me. Too lazy to walk outside right now. You should try one of the html5 tests to get past the potential "bias" that speedtest is accused of. On my desktop I can do a little better than that though. I'm getting tired of AT&T coming around trying to get me to sign up for their internet and stupid satellite thing. Yay gigabit speed...boo 500gb monthly data cap, not to mention the sales people they send around are completely clueless. Also I live in Florida no satellite for me, even if I did want TV service back.

I have 150 mbps with no cap. Next month supposednto be 200.

Yeah mine just got bumped to 200 but I'm pulling 220ish when I speedtest. I used to be 150 and I'd pull 170-200 sometimes. 500 gigs is crap I'll hit that in a couple weeks. Dude yesterday tried to tell me that it would take me streaming netflix 24/7 for 20 something days to hit 500 gigs. My reply was yeah in garbage 480p resolution. Not that I have netflix to begin with but when I've done 150 gigs in a day 500 in a month just won't cut it. Besides I do a couple gigs just streaming youtube for an hour. Can't imagine what my usage is going to be when I upgrade to 4k and there's actual 4k content out.

Weather has been weird- near 60 Saturday, high 30s yesterday and like 21 outside now.

 

I live in Texas and went to Lake Texoma last week a few days before Christmas and it was 72 and Sunny! Love it!

Brighthouse. They have a 300 megabit line but I'm good with the now 200. Fast internet is crap if the sites you go to won't give you those speeds. Oh and the 1st time AT&T peeps came out, well the 2nd time that day b/c they came back w/ more info, she said they were getting gigabyte lines. I should have taken them up on and then tried to get something back for false advertisement.

Majority of people I know here that have BH hate it. The only recurring problem I have is they like to throttle my youtube watching. Which I find hilarious because they'll let me download at 15-20 megabytes a second but I can't watch a 1080p video w/o it buffering. Easy fix for me is I sign into my VPN and then they can't see what I'm doing and thus don't throttle me. Which is also how I know they specifically throttle youtube for me. I have to reset my modem/router every now and then and that solves any other little problems I have. I guess I'm just lucky, having the their junction box (AT&Ts is in my neighbor's) in my back yard probably helps too.

AT&T's equipment hated my Xbox One. Went through 2 modems. Havent had a youtube issue with Brighthouse but i watch it on my Xbox or Roku
