See, to me $50 is about what I'd want to pay for them new. I know.. I'm a cheapskate. I tell people sometimes my concept of the value of a dollar is stuck in the 90s.

That being said, I haven't seen those in person. One of my clients is an Fbody fanatic (he has a gen 3 firebird, 93 I think) and was telling me I should go to the Fbody show here in west ATL. I dunno tho at this point without one I think I might feel out of place.

I've owned 2 camaros. I loved them both. (except I hated working on my 4th gen's last 2 cylinders.) I hope to own another one one day.

Stick around and hangout! I didn't even sign up till 2011

On a side note these new RAM trucks are pretty nice. Much better quality IMO than the older trucks. love the longhorn edition dark brown leather. If you can't tell I'm a sucker for brown leather lol

Just for fun last week I did a build & price on the dodge site for a new ram. They look nice, but to get to one I'd want to own would cost me way more than I paid for my silverado.

And I woudln't know how to modify or even work on the thing that well. I mean an engine's an engine but.. I've been toying with GMs so long it'd be quite the adjustment.

First time I've been on the site since March of '09.

WB! I would imagine my account would get pruned on most sites after that long. (I was away from ~2012 to ~nov. 2014 myself.) I tend to not be on the forums for a vehicle if I don't own one or aren't looking for one (or have parts for one to sell.)

How is that working out for the site anyways....

A lot more gets done because it is spread around to more people instead of just Zane and Josh being worked to death

...So I'm going to replace my 2005 Sierra non-button steering wheel. I buy the new wood and leather steering wheel, the buttons, the access harness, and the clock-spring, I pull the wheel, and remove the snap-ring and pop off the old clock-spring. Ugly surprise:

The wires coming up the column is only one group of five wire NOT two groups of five wires which is what the new clock-spring wants. I know I asked four times on three different forums are the necessary wires already in the column? “Do I need anything other than the steering wheel, the buttons, the access harness, and the clock-spring”. I'm stumped and for now, without a horn or an air bag.
