Oh I have 3 bedrooms in my house that are totally empty. I just close the doors. I would use one for an office but they're upstairs and everything else for me is downstairs. I've only even been up there about 5 times.

Another reason I dont use that room is cos its hot pink and I am yet to repaint it.

The previous owner thinks i'm a nut for wanting a "big empty house." It was never about the house.. it was about the shop and the property. The fact that it wasnt a singlewide trailer was juts icing on the cake for me.

My house is only 2 bed. And the back room is small. Has a futon and is my overflow storage

See I'd be happy with a 3/2 or a 2/2 and some more modding cash. I looked at another house that was almost $100k cheaper than this one, but was on 1 acre instead of 2.6 and had no shop. I decided against it, butnot because of those things.. it was because the neighbor had an ATV and I have serious problems with noise. I was afraid it'd be Douglasville all over again.. and I'd rather sleep under an overpass I think than deal with that again.

Well ya know.. you can only use one at a time. Unless you've got really good aim, a lot of "line pressure" and some plates/bowls to bounce it off of. [emoji38]

Options are nice when you eat some street tacos. Using the same one back to back is bad

Oh I have an office in my house.. I just dont like to go in there. Feels too much like work.

Studio? What kinda work do you do?

Chris would be correct. And yes that's one thing that does suck about working from home is that "work" is always there...but damn the commute to work each morning is easy. :rollin:

I found a parking spot at work that gives partial shade (front to almost half the bed) in the morning and then full shade after 2. Not bad for this location without real covered parking.
