I said that until I got my 5.5" phone. Also realized I rarely call anyone. I'd be shocked if I use 300 minutes in a year.

Exactly, but i use about 250 minutes a month, most on bluetooth, like 4 gb a month, and 3000 messages

I use over 2000 minutes a month for work. I am GLUED to my 5c.

I'd love a bigger screen for navigation, but when trying to handle the phone.. my 5c is about as big a phone as I want right now.

The 6 is the perfect size. My work phone is a HTC One M8. It's too big and I hate android.

You only hate it because it is more advanced than your 6. The only thing i like about the iphone is how it looks

Haha whatever you say. The autocorrect programming is crap, the screen being slightly offset when typing in landscape makes typing weird, the lock screen require you to press enter after entering the PIN to unlock it drives me nuts, the bloat ware installed by Sprint that you can't delete junk and while it's not the fault of the phone, Sprint is absolute crap. I don't even use it to do anything but take calls. I use both every day, nothing will convince me Android works better in any way.

Oh and I think the biggest thing is something that started with the upgrade to the newest OS. When you push the icon to display all open apps there is a huge delay in when the x appears so you can close apps. It seems like half the time I accidentally open something by pushing in the corner where the x should be. The HTC is a powerful phone so it shouldn't be hanging up.

The problem with Android is unless you're using AOSP you aren't using pure Android and therefore are at the mercy of whatever garbage the phone maker AND carrier add to it. In this respect crApple will always reign supreme because they own the device and software from start to finish. Your lock screen issue is because of the maker as well as the slow down. Google screws itself by not holding companies to the Android agreements.

I work in IT, so I get a lot of exposure to droids and iphones. I have a hard time with droids because they keep fricken changing them and there's so many different ways to use em.

I also had a company phone that was a droid after using my iphone for 5 years and I didn't care for it. Its highly customizable, which is wonderful if you're the kinda person that likes to tweak things but.. eh.. I dont really want to fidget with my phone. It's a tool first a foremost.

When I got my 5c I got it because my 3G's gps chip had burnt out and didn't know what STATE I was in.. much less what street I was on. I had originally went to the store to get a 4s since I thought they'd be cheaper.

The 5S had just came out and there was a guy in line in front of me that was ADAMANT that he got the pewter or whatever 5S and would not accept anything else. It was really stressing him out that they were out of his color.

I came up and asked for a 4s, he said out of 4s but I can give you a 5c, what color do you want? I said "black." he said, "doesn't come in black comes in yellow blue red white" so I said "white." and then I bought a black cover.

That cover's saved my butt a few times! I've dropped my phone 3 times now and its survived, thank goodness. I'd be out of business without a working phone.

I have a hard enough time trusting companies with devices with cameras, much less having my fingerprints.

I look at my phone sometimes when I may have a conversation thats critical of the govt and I wonder.. are they listening?

If they are.. I bet they're really bored.

We've come a long way in tiny devices though. I bought some batteries for my golfcart the other day, dude's entire shop is ran on an ipad with a credit card scanner and a wireless receipt printer/cash drawer. Very cool.

Watched part of the Galaxy S6 unveiling.

14nm proc(saying 35% more efficient than the current phone SoCs that are 20nm), 4 hours of use in 10 minutes of charging, full charge in 50% less time than the iPhone, will support the top two types of wireless charging(so basically most wireless pads will work)

They showed side by side images of low light photos of the new iPhone vs the new f1.9 Sony sensor in the Galaxy S6, and holy crap the difference is huge.

They are finally moving to a full metal unibody said to be much stronger than anything the competition offers(surely a stab at the IPhone issue)

And as for iPhone vs android, it really is a personality thing.

Do you want a vetted OS that is straight forward and tells you how it will be, with nothing to confuse you? Get iOS iPhone.

Want a freedom based, open OS, more options(dirt cheap and simple or expensive and much better tech, all manners of styles) , get an Android.

Want a ingenious OS that is as smooth as butter? Too bad, HP bought palm and killed of WebOS years ago.

Yeah the new Sammys are pretties...too bad they are still made by Samsung who seem to be intent on being the crApple of the android world. Although one video I watched said they've scaled back the bloatware and touchwiz isn't such a huge hog. If knox is still on there though it's pointless for me. Lack of removable battery is disappointing, but not surprising given the new design, however no micro sd is also a killer for me.
