Yours is probably a dry hear where our is a humid heat, it feels like everything sticks to you and you have to wade through the humidity it's so thick.

With him using that swamp cooler he better be in a dry heat area!!! Those things suck big time where there is water in the air, all it will do is blow hot air at you and make it hotter if the humidity is up about about 30%
