Laptop tune or Diablo sport

If you want mail order, Blackbear, Wheatley, Nelson. If you do happen to live in Canada, specifically Alberta and want an in person tune....... Buy the software and tune it yourself. Much better results without the headache, disgust and waste of money.

Good luck.

That's the worst advice ever. If you don't know how to use EFI or HP tuners do not try it urself. You can fry ur motor in a hurry.

Alberta has lots of good tuners. Specifically Peynton performance, out of drayton valley. Joel is awesome at what he does, best of the best in Canada.

Yup......,Doesn't take much to get in over your head and destroy an engine. If you don' know what you are doing don't waste your money on software you can't use.

Not everyone is scared/incapable to learn how to tune...... It's not rocket science provided you are smarter than the PCM in your truck. That said you are not the OP either. Maybe you are correct about this Joel but he better be a more competent tuner than his guru Lyndon Wester........ It's "Paynton" Performance btw.

Find a good shop to do a custom dyno tune or get the auto Cal from Black Bear Performance. I have done both. Currently I have a dyno tune on it.

My phone auto corrected it, I know the guy dude. His name is Joel and he's a good guy. He works at stetson motors also. And knows what he's doin, you actually gonna tell a guy that calls it a "laptop tune" to go buy EFI and start playing with tables????? I own the software, played with it a little bit still trying to learn to this day.

its not something you learn over night. Telling somebody that is obviously new and trying to find out the best way to enhance their deiving experience to go out and spend $950 bucks on a V2 and software an possibly fry an engine???!?!?

U gotta be kidding me buddy.

How about instead of ranting and raving about everything you know little to absolutely nothing about you let the original poster decide what he wants to do........ Once again, if you want to learn it, it's really not that hard and the support on the net ( beyond this forum in particular) is excellent. It's not for everyone, that's a fact. But I don't know the guy and neither do you.
