Hey Chris, found a great little place in Deming, New Mexico that has the best tamlaes...ever. We liked them so much we stopped on our way back through just so we could have more.

I'm going to go get a nice ham and Swiss on a locally baked french roll and in store made potato salad from a deli here in a little bit

I cooked pasta for the family. I kept it simple. 1 pound of dry penne pasta, 2 15 oz jars of roasted garlic Alfredo sauce, cooked 3 chicken breasts on the Foreman, turned french bread into garlic bread, and threw a salad together.

Bob Evans- big bowl of their chicken noodle soup poured on a biscuit and mashed potatoes. Sounds weird but is quite good.
