I personally HATE when I see anyone using the road as there own speed way. I find crotch rocket riders do this the most likely because they are riding on very fast machines.

There are alot of idiots like at the part on 137 where that truck runs over the biker. That is the risk you take riding a bike . Alot of people dont like bikers and that truck driver had some road rage going on becuase he must of got fed up with bikers going against the rules like that guy was doing but still that was dead wrong for what the trucker did . Do I feel sorry for the biker nope his choice to drive a vehicle that alot of people hate. The reason why people hate them because people drive them like they own the road.

I think they should try and keep in mind who usually comes out on top when it comes to automobile vs motorcycle and ride accordingly. I work in the medical field and we commonly refer to them as "donorcycles".

In California they are allowed to cut lanes. At times I wish I had power extend mirrors. I'll be doing 80 along with the rest of traffic. And they will rode the lane line between me and the car next to me. They will do about 100 between cars

Never mind how many chevy trucks I see drag racing down the main strip on friday/sat nights weaving in and out of heavy traffic running other drivers into the curbs or forcing them to slam on the brakes.

Never seen people in trucks do that maybe if you lived in a really redneck town or California with some spoiled kids with dads money driving somthing they have no respect for if they crash it. . I rarely see chev trucks go fast in alberta they are slow compared to fords and dodges and in alberta its just long boring stretches of road that we drive and a good clip in one direction. The only time i see really trucks driving aggressive in alberta is when it snows . It seems younger people like to turn there 4x4s on when it snows only like 4 inches lol and floor it . Dont need 4x4 in 4 inches of snow at all . The reason why I point out crotch rockets or sport bikes is because people buy them for speed they go like a rocket.

here is a perfect example of some riders being stupid . look at 352 almost ahead on collision and pasting on the right lane and just going way to fast . Show me some guys in cars or trucks doing this on "Just out for another Sunday drive" there vid description ,

If anyone in a vehicle did those same things to motorcycle riders, they'd be up in arms. That's idiocy, plain and simle. Now, that's not to suggest everyone on one of these rides like those asshats do but the percentage of idiots to owners is much higher when it comes to crotch rockets versus automobiles. That's why you all get bad names because a lot of you ride like idiots.

 

At least those guys were wearing proper protection - Shorts, t-shirts and tennis shooes.

I ride a "crotch rocket" and have for a lot of years, I do like to go fast, stand it up on the back wheel, etc but there is a time and a place for it. I also ride a Harley Street Glide so if I have both which class do I fal in or is it anyone who rides a bike is an idiot? I do have over 100,000 miles on the seat of a "crotch rocket" never once have I laid one down, been in an accident, been pulled over, I have had some close calls with idiots in cars/trucks running red lights, changing lanes with out looking, etc but that must have been all my fault, ya know because "crotch rocket" riders are all idiots

I ride a touring crotch rocket, so i think i am safe! But all tho i do like both wheels of the ground i have been know to try out 1st & 2ed gear out to there full extent (105ish. mph)on the freeway once in a while i also put more miles on my bike in a year then most do in 5 years

I wouldn't mind a sport bike, I love my dirt bikes and think it would be just as fun to ride a crotch rocket. Also, people buy bikes for there incredible mileage too. Just think about it, you have a car with a 12 gallon tank getting you 600 miles per tank, then you have a motorcycle getting the same distance with a way smaller tank with probable less cost all in all. And don't harp on the mileage thing, I don't know true numbers but it serves as a comparison.

dont expect you to be pulled over cops are not going to chase a bike .In my personal opinion there is no time or place with public roads to put others at risk. You have over 100,000 miles with out a major problem and good for you but keep it up and it will bite you one day.
