When do the fuel companies change to winter blend of fuel? Mileage usually drops in the winter weather as well.

the transforce AT's are a great option for someone who does mostly highway driving and still wants an AT tire.. reason being they are light and have very low rolling resistance for an AT tire. if you want the best MPG's, get transforce HT's.
