Depending on year of your truck, you can reset the TPMS for free on your own. If not a reset tool can be had for around $80. I got mine from tirerack.com because our 2012 Cruzes can't be done by adjusting air pressures like earlier models.

Reminds me of the time I got my tires rotated and they forgot some valve stem caps and stripped my hub cap so it flew off on the freeway. Stay the hell away from Deuck Richmond in British Columbia!

 

I rotate my tires and never reset the tpms it never gives me alarms, is that normal?

Rotating tires and not resetting the TPMS will not give any type of alarm. It will just not give you the proper air pressure reading and tire location that's all.
