dental fun

Well, several years of avoiding the dentist have caught up with me. I've had 3 appointments and I have 3 to go. When I'm all done I'm going to put braces on again, for the second time in my life...... Sometimes I feel like the cosmos is against me, however, it is my own fault.

So this time next year I should have amazing teeth, or at least I better.

Funny thing, I met my dentists' husband and they both gotta be early 30's. I was telling him I could buy a hot rod for what my teeth will cost. Then he hit me with some truth; "Yeah, but it's hard to pick up women with no teeth."

I feel like I owe him a beer now.

:noway:

Been in the military 16 years and have no choice on dental visits and my teeth are still all jacked. Dang near every tooth has a filling and two molars are no longer thanks to other issues. I feel for you and hope its not too painful.

My teeth have always been really straight, but it seems like I always have to get enamel caps to keep from getting cavities. I brush 2x a day, it doesn't matter. I was a good boy and got my wisdom teeth pulled, I could feel my teeth shifting around for a week after.

I'm 4K into this right now. I've got 2K to go before the braces go back on.... At this point I'm trying to figure out why I even have dental sinc it doesn't pay anything.

So far this month it's been 3 crowns, 3 veneers, and a cleaning. All I have left is some fillings and pull a tooth...

I'm having so much done so fast that they are actually documenting everything with a camera. I'm ganna be famous.

In one surgery, I had: 4 wisdom teeth pulled. 4 molars were impacted with the wisdom teeth and had to be "rerouted". 2 cysts that formed from impacts removed.

Back when I was In high school, on Christmas break. Jolly good time...

I avoided the dentist for around 10 years, after 2 root canals, 2 porcelain caps for a total of 4, one failed root canal and now in the middle of a implant and around 10,000-13,000 I am just starting to get my mouth back to normal. Stupidest decision of my life.

Had some teeth knocked out in a vehicle accident a few years ago (6 top front, 8 bottom front). After spending $15,000 on crowns for all my broken teeth, all is perfect again. Sucks to have to spend that kind of money but it would suck even worse having to go around with no teeth or rotted teeth from having them improperly fixed. I have never had a cavity or root canal or anything, perfect teeth before the accident and that was all free. Because of some jerk-off I had to spend that money and have things taken care of so they were back to normal.

My top front and bottom front teeth were all broken in the accident.
