it is part of the trouble shooting procedures did you know. There is a reason why you can't go into the stall, they know you will not agree with the official tactics. lol Seriously though i'd be pissed and my replacement Camaro better be better than the one they f'd up.

He shouldn't have used JUST the internet. He could have shown up their showroom during the busiest part of a saturday, playing the tape on a huge portable radio, and then sitting on the sidewalk right by their dealer after they kicked him out.
