Bad Ram design

Recommended Posts

So I'm driving my uncle's 2008 Ram 2500 Mega cab 4x4 Gasser and as many times as I have been in Thia truck I have failed to notice the horrid center seat/console design. There's a fold down center jump seat but a floor console as well. So if anyone sits there, their feet will be all over the floor console

You were "droving" the truck. Sorry, just could not pass that one by. LOL

My neighbour has one of those trucks, just went and looked at it. He does not have the piece between the dash and the seat that your uncle's truck has. On your uncle's truck, is there a seat belt for the centre seat?

That's not a bad set up at all. Wish GM had that for the center fold down seat, would make things much easier. Having cup holders attached to the center lid is a PITA. Would much rather that set up than the current GM one.

That "seat" is not really a seat anyway, the plastic top (sit on part) can't handle the weight of a person. The one in my 08 Silverado broke with my brothers 7 year old sitting on it and he's very skinny.

Mine has supported my fat ass when someone parked too close on my side and I had to scoot across. I'm sure I weigh more than a 7 y/o too. : lol:
