Polymoto Engineering - RAP & 4WD Light

I placed online with Polymoto Engineering http://www.polymotoengineering.com/ on August 3rd for the RAP port and the 4WD light adapter, four days later I receive a PayPal refund for the adapter and a couple days later received an email from Chris Alford stating that the current version is no longer in production. Although, it is still offered on his site for sale to this very moment.

I received an email on August 13th that he just completed building my RAP (that's ten days from ordering it), plus another two days later I received the tracking number via email on August 15th.

As of today, August 25th I have not seen anything. We are at 23 days since my order...

Thus far, the tracking number shows no information, I'm out $34.99 and no product after nearly a month.

Needless to say, I'm rather disappointed with this transaction.

27 days and counting and have not seen the RAP. Tracking number shows that the RAP was processed at the Post Office in the city in which he lives. This is 14 days after he said that he mailed it.

I finally reached Chris and have never received an apology for the delay, just mixed excuses when I could get him to return an email.

Chris is "CGALFORD" on this forum and offers his products for sale here as well.
