Attempted home break in

Given the option I would never open carry. I'm sure it may deter less motivated individuals from committing crimes but it also makes you a target. With open carry you no longer blend in and instead you stand out as a threat and a target to the bad guy. In other words the bad guy sees you but you don't see him and now you're the first target. My primary concern would be an active shooter situation.

I already stand out. Over the last 14 years I've had more than my share of stupid happen to me.

 

I appreciate the concern, but I've already made up my mind. And I'm not really out in public that much anyway. I spend most my time at the moto track or at an airport.

 

OC isn't for everyone. I can respect that.

Shoot to kill when need be. When I get back to the state's, The wife and I are both getting permits and are going to carry where-ever we go. Sc is not getting any better.

 

Let me recommend Paladin Services, I took mine with them, and they were great!

 

A guy I work with on base is doing it for us. But thank's anyways!
