How many hours/miles do you have on your footwear?

I've been visiting this forum for a little over a year, and one of the more popular threads concerns the amount of miles on the 6.0 liter motor. So I'll go ahead and ask the question:

How many miles/hours (or years) have you put on your current footwear? And what kind of footwear is it?

I'll start. I have a standard issue pair of Army boots. It's been through a deployment, ruck marches, and walking back and forth from work. I estimate it has roughly 2,000 miles on them. I've also have the boots for roughly 3 years.

Only wear Rockport brand shoes. Best fitting shoe I have found for my feet. Generally get a couple of years out of a pair of walking shoes. Started wearing this brand about 25-30 years ago. I take a trip every couple of years to the outlet mall in Niagara Falls NY to update my supply of footwear.

Work boots (also military and steel toe) are only about 1 year old and currently an office worker so not much "mileage". Previous pair finally were laid to rest after three years and countless miles of service (deployments/working), wasn't office worker then.

Work boots (home use) I've for around 5 years, thousands of miles/hours. I use them for EVERYTHING, so they "look" to be in bad shape but actually they have been holding up great. Wish I could have a set for everyday job they've held up so well.

Sneakers - Several vacations/walks/general purpose for 3 years or so.

I get a lot of wear and tear out of all my footwear and usually are completely toast by time I give them up.

I am on my feet all day non-stop and have had to learn to force myself to replace my footwear at least once a year if not 6 months. I was starting to have problems with my feet, knee's etc. If you don't sit down at all during the day they wear out faster than you realize. When I was younger it never bothered me. Once past 40 though you feel it more acutely.

I have about 3 years on my Chippewa 8" leather boots. They are the most comfortable footwear I own. Problem is, I don't own too many as I take a 12 EEEE (tough to find in any stores stock). The Chippewas are holding up pretty well. The outside & soles are great, but the lining is starting to wear out. I wear these 7 days a week, usually all day. Five days of that are 7:45AM til 6:00 PM at work.
