I haven't been able to finish watching the entire video I'm so pissed off. My mother and grandmother, if she was still with us, would have slapped every single one of those "children", lawsuits be damned. Plus they made contact with her so I'm surprised she didn't go after THEM for lawsuits. Back in my hometown we only had bus monitors for field trips, but you would be removed from the bus route for acting like this to another student to say nothing about an adult. I know because I've gotten a few bulleys removed in my time before I graduated. I guess children have no fear of parents these days??? WTF!!! You NEVER, EVER treat a person like this!!!!!!!

Wow that's way over the line! Lady shoulda beat the pulp out of them, just like their parents should have for the last 5 years.

When I was in grade school, a high schooler threw a shoe at me, so naturally I threw it back at him, and he got suspended. These kids deserve a lot worse than that. This is what you get when people give their kids the remote and let the tv raise them.

School suspension. School expulsion.

The laws in most states are quite specific.

Most if not all mandate that child must have a public education up to age 16 and some states now 18.

The schooling mandate applies to little Johnny and little Susie - even if expelled or suspended.

The cost - to you the taxpayer - can get quite high. If a child is suspended or expelled the public school system must come up with an alternative plan for the childs continuing education - even if thrown out of school. The laws vary by state. In most states a certified teacher has to visit the home of the student thrown out of school and provide an adequate education to these kids. This cost can be quite high. One reason school administations do not like to throw kids out of school. And another reason that special education costs are high - as most parents will seek some special education diagnosis to use to blame their childs poor behavior.

I could be off a bit on this as I have been away from public schools a long time.

We live in a sick and twisted society, If the kids got sent to a special education type of setting 50% chance they would

Blame it on some other problem and put the kid of some drug. Teachers don't care anymore because teachers are nt paid enough!!! I think teaching is one of the most under-paid under appreciated occupations in the world. After the age of 4 teachers are responsible for most of the major mental development of your child. The baby boomer mentality is coming to an end, because the system we are raising our children in is coming to an end. Because our whole monetary, education and government systems are failing. Anyways...the whole system of which we are forced to raise our children in is out of wack. It makes me sick to my stomachs watching tv with my 3 year old on treehouse tv (the channel) and seeing advertisements for shit. Children are brainwashed right from the get-go...this kid in the video just needs a good ole fashioned ass whoopin tho...

In my home town, the expense of the specific schools or home schooling teachers and resources as a result of behavior problem chilren, is strapped to the parents of the offending child, a court order is obtained and their wages are garnished to be 100% certain it is paid.

This may sound wrong to some BUT........If I were that age and that was happening when I was on the bus, at least one of those kids would have had a bloody nose at the least. When I saw that video I wanted to jump through the screen and slap a beating on those little pinks.

What they did to that woman is totally unacceptable in society. Their parents should be ashamed as well.

Update on this.....

Link to a local news site that explains what they got.

Aside from wanting someone to beat there arses, I think they got what was coming to them.

The community service they have to provide to senior citizens will certainly alter there minds to never do this again. You know every senior citizen they go to help will lecture them!
