RPO codes 6MT and 7MT, 02 Silvy 1500 LT 2wd ext cab

Ok, I searched the forum, found the RPO decoder, and understand most of the options my truck apparently has...what I'm not able to find, on here or on google...is the "meaning" of the RPO Codes 6MT and 7MT. It is listed as: 6MT COMPONENT FRT LH COMPUTER SEL SUSP (6MT) SUSP(6MT). Which is lovely, but what exactly IS that lol...some type of electronic suspension setup? Is it supposed to have controls inside the vehicle for selecting the ride characteristics...is it some type of electonic suspension dampening...or some type of auto-leveling for carrying heavy loads? I purchased the truck used, so maybe something has been removed, no idea. Either way, if anyone has an actual description of what equipment the 6MT and 7MT codes refer to, that would be wonderful...it's a bit confusing so far. Thanks!

No,nothing has been removed,and theres no electronic suspension items.

6MT & 7MT denote the front springs used in the truck,if you ever need to order new ones those codes tell the parts guy the correct part number spring to order.
