If it is, ill wait til the 6.0 grenades the poor 60E

Sounds like a plan. Hopefully mine doesn't leak any time soon. So far so good. This truck was the first engine swap/rebuild I've done where nothing has leaked afterward. Edited by Daryl Z71

Idk how yours is still intact, I've gone through like 4 60e transmissions since I've signed up here, probably the tune of had on it along with the oversized tires lol

You just had terrible luck. Haha!

Yesterday my new tailgate latches came in so last night I threw them on. Only took maybe 10 minutes per side. Tailgate works properly again. Old latches were so worn out I surprised the tailgate stayed closed at all. Also fixed up a riding mower for a friend. Had problems staying running, replaced a fuse and reseated a plug up under the carb. Now I'm waiting on my order for new diaphragm for the leaf blower I'm also working on. Blower doesn't run, no fuel getting to the cylinder. Hopefully that shows up as quickly as the latches did.

Did a set of rear strut assemblies on a '00 Taurus yesterday. My hands look like I was in a bar fight. What a battle!

10 minutes with the air chisel, and a pint of acetone/tranny fluid to get them out of the knuckles. Then, the whole back seat has to come out to remove the rear deck to access the 3 top bolts.

Way to work, FoMoCo ...

Nice metal on this thing too:
