Got an oil change today and topped off all the fluids. Filled her up as well.

All this dam'd rain keeps messing me up when I'm trying to put my light bar on!

All i got to do is drill to holes, hook up to my battery, and run the wire to my cab and ill be set!

Also, going to try and bleed the brakes on my K5 tomorrow to see if that will fix my spongy break problem.

Every single new chevy and gmc I see has that issue

Weird cause it didn't happen until I pulled my housing out to do the hid conversion. Had it for 3 weeks before that and no issues, and its been relatively warm and slightly humid around here

Drove around with the knee panel off yesterday and found my buzzing sound. The framework the mini fuse block attaches to was slightly vibrating against another piece it's spot welded to. So I shimmed it with some felt and now it's quiet!

I think I may have that exact same problem, going to check it out tomorrow. Also I put on a new muffler today, sounds a lot louder than the stock muffler. Somehow broke a leaf spring shackle today too.....

Well then it's likely a poor seal on the bulb to the housing or if this kit is one that requires you to pull the caps off the lights (do the new trucks even have that?) you're gonna get moisture in there. Quality control on those is non-existent.

It's very easy, if you remove the knee panel you can see everything. If I tapped on the right hand side of the block, the part visible in that pic, it would recreate the sound. I just shimmed in between the metal framework and the plastic outer shell.

I think I used too small of a o ring for the high beams. I pulled the housing and let them set inside the house for 24 hours. No moisture as of yet [emoji106]
