What did you do with your truck/shop today

I did but I like to do it myself. They limit you to 2 oil changes a year plus I have to do it on their time. I can change my own oil at any time of the day

I think they limit you to 4 in 2 years, I change mine every 5000 miles and I've got 1 more left at 20,000. They want you to do it at 6000 so it ends at 24,000. I got a service contract after that runs out that will carry me 3 more years until the truck is paid off then I get a new one and my son gets this one.

Honestly with this Mobil 1 EP I think I can go more than 5k. I normally run 5k in my other truck with it but I could probably do at least 7500 and be safe

Well not today but yesterday. Since it was warm here I washed both the car and truck. And then last night gave the Silverado a fresh coat of wax. It is nice a clean now and the best the paint looked since I bought it last Feb. Now it is ready for winter.

Now I have to take it out and get it dirty to go to the autoparts store to get a clay bar so I can do Equinox. It as some tar build up on the front doors that I need to remove before waxing it.

Don't blame you one bit. Lots of horror stories out there about issues with oil changes.

I had 4 free ones with our van I took it in once they gave me a hard time becAuse I only had 2500 miles I was like I have a coupon doesn't specify miles. They went round and round about their "special" synthetic oil. I haven't been back mobil 1 works fine Toyota oil isn't special

Lolol :driving:

The 2 12s are 120 for both. The speakers front and back are 100 from crutch field and the light bar is only 89.99 from eBay!

Of course Santa is bringing me some of this and my birthday is a week latter haha

I use to be mr moneybags until i spent most of it treating myself to a lift kit and 37s for graduating haha

Nice. Crutchfield is only an hour and a half away from me. Their store is actually not that big but I'm sure their warehouse is massive

With EP you should be good to 15k. I run regular M1 to 10k in my 2006.

under normal driving conditions maybe. You sure as heck better be replacing the oil filter WELL before 15,000 miles. These are not big rigs with multi-filtration systems.
