What did you do with your truck/shop today

Today I freed up my wipers by installing grease nipples into the aluminum housing where the actual wipers attach to the shaft coming up through the plastic cowl. Took about an hour total and now they work like new again. Yesterday during a rain storm the wipers would barely keep up and once stalled out. Not fun at all.

New air filter. On the fence about new tires. Should I get LT rated or not. Truck is only a 1500, but I carry a gang box in the bed with all my tools for work and drive at jobsites and occasionally tow around 4k. I am just worried the added weight of the tires will make the truck feel slower.

I've been towing between 1,500-12,000 lbs. (mostly around 5,500-6,000) for 10 years on P-rated tires. I make sure to juice up the rears before I head out. Depends on the load - anywhere from just 40 psi to 50 (max on the summer tires).

Running Blizzaks in winter (on 18" stockers), and Hankook Ventus ST RH06 for summer (20" off a '10 LTZ).

Those Hankooks are an extra load carrying tire - think it was 2,800 and change @ 50 psi. 117 load rating, V speed rated.

So the pup thinks the shifter is a chew toy. Chewed it right down to the button while I was taking a 'break' that couldn't wait. It's hard to get mad at a dog for being a dog but boy do I try. This is a $200 fix. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

There ya go, Your photo of chew toy.

Jobsite = 10 ply, imo.
