Meaty tires!

If I drove that truck up here, I wouldn't make it 3 miles before getting yanked by the cops. Be glad your in a free state! :)

So I've been real busy with work & family but...

Replaced front shocks...passenger was completely collapsed.

Replaced engine oil cooler lines...what a royal pain in the rump. Took me the better part of the 3 day weekend to get it done. If they leak ever again, I'm NOT going to replace the entire thing. My family got to hear plenty of not so proper language on that job.

I have seen guys get pulled over for being over the legal height, but those are usually guys with old fords lifted 15" with 44's under it lol

Funny story, I've actually had a state trooper pull up next to me and tell me to roll down my window. When I did he asked how high the lift and what size tires. He said looks perfect and way cleaner than "those kids that lift them stupid tall and can't use em except to make themselves feel bigger down below" [emoji23] [emoji23]

HAHA! Nice! When I was a kid, the cops were RELENTLESS, and had no sense of humor. They cost me alot of money ...

Oh I hear that man - what a craptastic design that is! You should see how much fun those lines on the Blazer/Jimmy/Bravada are on the 4x4's - I've got small hands for a guy, & I still end up bleeding like I was in a boxing match inside a blender ... :uhoh:

When they leak, I dremel the metal crimp in 2 or 3 places, peel it back, then cut the "petals" off. Then yank the original hoses off, and install some quality oil resistant lines from NAPA or the store of your choice, and re-install them with wide hose clamps. DONE. They usually don't leak as quickly after that modification.

The northeast is a drag for modding vehicles. Michigan has a vehicle code but no inspection. Apparently most officers can't be bothered to pull people over for it. A few summers back a friend got a pic of a rotted out 400-series truck that looked like it was about to break in half. Still being driven.

They don't call Massachusetts "The Land of 1,000 Laws" for nothing .... (actually these days it's 1,000,000,000,000 laws .... :nonod: )

Part I, Title 14, Chapter 90, Section 7P of MA General Laws:
