Yet another delay for my build - AWESOME

Recommended Posts

Thanks man yeah I've already missed a couple shows. What annoys me is when I talked to the owner of KING, he kept pointing out that I was that type of person who was more particular than the average person like most people would've just ran them like that, he even when as far to say the originally damaged coilovers weren't that bad that others would've just installed them like that.

I'm speachless... Unbelievable. I would be on the fence in your situation to go call Fox or another company and tell them your misfortune with King. They won't be in business long screwing people like you.

Most people get the itch to buy upgraded shocks like these because they see them on lifted trucks at shows. I know that is how my uncle decided he had to have them. I guess their big money must come from pre-runner or full offraod racing.

Yeah they mostly sell to hardcore racers who don't give a damn about scratches. I would've called other manufacturers if my truck wasn't on jackstands right in the middle of show season.

Understandable. I still feel horrible for you because I saw first hand how hard it is on someone to miss shows. I wish you luck in getting the stuff back and bolted together.

Make sure to post pics!

Wow that's an unacceptable excuse to hear especially from the owner! It amazes me that a company would act like they don't even care with the way the economy is. You would think they would want you to be 100% satisfied so they can keep customers, and stay in business since not a lot of people are buying this kind of stuff right now.

I suppose they look at me as a one time customer who most likely won't need to buy from them more than once. Regardless, if it was my company I wouldn't want any negativity about my product or services anywhere at all.

Yeah still have a little bit left, including more coats on the CVs and TREs. I may or may not paint parts of the new wheel hubs.

I want the paint to dry at least a week do anything in and around the frame like the strut tower, A arms will be done Saturday.

I can always touch up other areas like the Rancho subframe etc at a later date.

Unreal........I know I would not have accepted those damaged parts, or the ones with different color paint. Sounds like you need to find a different place to get what you want. NO WAY the customer should be told they are to picky. I would point out that I want my money back and he can keep him crappy parts.
