Just had a storm go through and it produced some good sized hail. Scared to even go see the damage to the truck

We had hail last year about marbel size or a litte bigger . Was at my dads place at the time . We run out side and put are trucks in the shop . They where hit a bit but no damage .

Hail is unusual in Chico, but we got some a week after I bought the truck. I was able to cram most of the truck in the garage and escape damage. Next day, the garage was rearranged to accomodate the entire truck, and that's where it lives when not being driven. And my wife thought it was going to live outside so she could hog up the whole place with her Traverse. Hahaha! The unmitigated gall of such thought!!

All is well. Didnt see or feel any dents. We had pea to marble sized and seen some half golf ball size.

 

Go ahead and argue about thin sheet metal now!!!

 

We are headed up north and heard it is supposed to snow???

Ya, thats what we are hearing here is that its suppose to snow. It's raining off and on right now, pretty good. I read about the hail and am praying it dont come, my trucks outside at work right now and will be outside when it gets home. Only good thing is the trees will protect it from the hail but nothing will protect the truck from the trees if the winds get to 50mph!! Acre lot w/ A LOT of trees on it.. .blah

Had a couple tornado scares in Jasper today. Pea to golf ball size hail. Had reports on pager of possible tennis ball size hail... boy that would hurt. lol Glad it wasn't any worse than what it was.

Glad your truck is not all dented. We had some really bad hail here this past summer, a little bigger than golf ball size. Luckily, my truck was parked in the garage BUT my car was destroyed..............

My tri-fold cover took one for the team last April as the wife and I were in Charlotte for the night on our way back from Orlando. We had hail both times as we stopped on the way down and way home. Unfortunately there wasn't anywhere to put her under cover in the hotel lot. It could've been much worse as they had a tornado touch down.

I had $5,000 in hail damage a few years ago. Woke up because heard loud banging, and looked out the window. I just watched my truck get hammered. Some people that lived by me had their car and apt windows broken by the hail. Largest I have ever seen.

is that air bags in your truck or did you just lower it ..... looks like the most useless truck on earth but you have the money to do it so what ever i guess.
