BDS 4" Quote

In case anyone wants a point of cost reference I was quoted $2000.00 today for the 4" BDS lift kit. This included the kit , install and alignment.

I like the looks but hesitant to pull the plug. They also showed me where it has to be cut and welded and its no big deal.

I want this kit , but also have to figure in rims and tires which is putting me over the edge as far as cost goes. It will be like dropping $3500-$4000 on my truck . yikes !!

$2000 installed is a good price.

That's a real good price. Shops around my area want $900 just to install a bds lift. It was the 6" lift, but the install is close to the same.

Ya gotta look at it in stages. You don't need it all at once. When I was building my 03 up... I got the wheels first, then lift and 33" tires, then 35" tires and all the other mods I did. It took some time but in the end it was exactly what I wanted.
