crate motor's

Havent see it yet but the motor i want is a new 383 crate motor from GM that is supposed to be a low end beast.Its $4 grand and I think its just what my Denali needs.  The question is, if I dropped it in, would all the computor, fuel pump, fuel injection, accessories, etc work on it?  It cant get any worse mileage then Im getting now and it runs on pump gas.  

 

Then I would get the same engine put in my jeep so i carry one set of parts for both tow vehicle and trailer queen, or swap them off if needed.  Cool.
