Thanks for the link Brick. Are those basically the same thing as the RC ones? Install the same? I drive an SLE Sierra, from what I gather I have the steel control arms and not alumnium ones, correct?

Also, I am assuming that stock wheels on the truck will be fine with any of these units for the time being, realizing that I need a re-alignment after install.

Yes, the install process for that style of leveling kit is basically the same, no matter what brand you choose. I would say Rough Country, Zone Offroad, and Fat Bob's Garage are the three most common kits of that style used on this site....in that order. Unless you have a hybrid or XFE model, your truck has steel control arms.

And yes, stock wheels will be just fine.

Now this might be a dumb question, but if I am adding the units for the front to level out the truck, why would I want to add something to the rear?

Not a dumb question at all, didn't know if you were leveling or lifting if leveling then your all set, I'm lifting my truck and trying to maintain the stock rake.

Gotcha.....makes sense....thanks again. So are the 2" kits for the fronts pretty standard for the GMC/Chevy 1/2 ton trucks to level them out?

I have the R.C. 2" I haven't put them on yet. But I think some of the guys here on this site say the back end is still a little higher then the front. I want mine level so I think I'll order the one from Fat Bob's that use a spacer on the bottom and one on top to. I think it is about 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 lift on the front to make it level. It's about $98.00 I think.
