Going to be a first-time daddy!

Yep.. at least now i can talk about it! We found out the day before Tahnksgiving that all my hard work paid off, lol! She is due in August with our first. We saw her parents that weekend, so we had to tell them, they knew something was up. But we have been waiting awhile to tell everyone else. Told my parents at Chirstmas time.. we just wanted to make sure nothing happened in the first stage. We are both pretty old (38) ;) but she has been seeing a very good doctor and taking all the required medications before hand to do everything we could to ensure it all goes well. So, in about 8 more months or so, i will be a daddy. Holy crap.... hope i don't mess this up!

 

Now i have an excuse to get a crew cab!

Word of advice make sure you get one of those pads to put under the car seat. Took ours out to put in the van tonight and holy smokes! Seat was spotless though

My little guy will be 2 in August. Cant imagine my life without him now.

I used to enjoy taveling for work and being gone for weeks at a time. Now after a day or two, all I want to do is get back home.

 

 

Then I get home and cant wait to leave again. LOL

Thanks guys! Congrats to all of you dads out there! Yeah, for awhile i was working at a car wash part time to make extra money. A lot of people had those huge pads under the car seats. Made a huge difference! It's on our list for sure!
