Rancho 4" Price Quote

Recommended Posts

I also got great info here . I want to lift my truck a little more and don't want a body lift , but had no idea that a suspension lift included cutting and welding . To me thats not worth it.

My local and only 4x4 shop suggests and want to put on a 4" BDS.

Is there any 3-4" kits that are strictly bolt on ??

None worth buying. I'll never understand the aversion to body lifts, especially on the newer trucks. IMO its a great option.

My end goal would definitley be the Rancho 4" suspension lift but for right now I can achieve a nice amount of lift with the $70.00 RC leveling kit and about $250.00 for the Zone BL with the bumper brackets, so for less than $400.00 I'll have a decent amount of lift that includes, level, lift and alignment, not to mention I have some 285/70/17 tires ordered that will also gain some lift. I think the level kit and BL is a nice economical way to gain some height.

What about the 4" ready lift ? I see a member or 2 has then on their truck.

I have done a ton of reading on the forum this one and a couple others and the Rough County 3.5" and the Ready 4" SST lifts didn't get to good of a review. I think like others have mentioned lifting the front 2-2.5" is about all you want or things get into such a bind they wear faster. I know it would be sweet to get 4" of lift all in one kit for several hundred dollars les than a full blown suspension kit but kit to kit there's no comparison.

I've installed the RC 2" leveling blocks and kicking around the idea of going with the Zone 1.5" BL for a cheap route for some lift until some day I have the funds to go with the full suspension lift.
