Locating zerk fittings on 2005 Silverado

I'm sure this is a well-worn topic, but haven't been able to search out the answer. I recently bought a nice used 2005 Silverado. It's a 1500, 5.3 engine, 2wheel drive. I want to service it myself, but not sure how many zerks & where they are. Thanks for any help. Dave

Thanks so much. My only question, since the photos were of a 4wd, is this the same for my 2-wheel drive?

Your truck will not be exactly the same, but you can see what to look for and where to look. If there is no fitting, then the joint is not serviceable.

You got an upper and lower ball joint fitting on each side and a tie rod fitting on each side. Then there is one in the middle of your drive shaft. That makes 7.
