Putting Pro Comp 6" suspension lift on 94 K2500, having problems getting torsion bars to come loose. The the adjuster bolt and nut are out, just cant get the bar to come loose from the adjuster arm, or the front lower A-arm. I have beat on it with a hammer and punch, also tried heating it and that didnt work, I cant get it to budge at all. Anybody have any ideas?

                Thanks

I assume you have the weight off the front wheels? A friend had the same trouble and had to some how put a jack in to jack down on the upper a arms to release the tension on the bars. (kind fo like chaining the frame to the ground and jacking the truck up. I'll ask him how he did it) Hope this helps.
