Adding LEDs to NNBS grill

Bctrucker .. where did you tap in for the rear under tailgate led's? Trailer wiring? Tail light? Which wire specifically. ..

I added the red versions of those lights in the gap under my tailgate. They just fit. Anything that stucks out any further will touch the tailgate.

 

Nice, I just came across this post and really like the cleance lights under the tailgate.... almost better than a line of fire light bar. Just may have to do this one myself!! Thanks for the write-up!

Would've loved to have clear or smoked up front, but couldn't find them.

 

I got three for the rear, but still haven't figured out how they're going to fit in there. Looking to put them in where the HD's have theirs, but the bumper on the HD has a cutout that the 1500's lack so I'm not sure yet. You have a pic of the modules you put on yours?

The LED's look good but the surrounding countryside looks beautiful! Wow.

I attempted to do this a few months back but I failed at mounting them in my grill. I have came up with a few ideas on mounting since then but I haven't got around to doing it again. I purchased 3 of the same light shown in the first post except mine have a clear lens with a yellow/orange bulb.

I was trying to not directly copy the raptors lights so this is what I came up with, basically the same idea:
