I recently got wifey a "new" Suburban and picked myself up a "new" 4x4 project buggy.  A big THANK YOU to Jon for hosting these pics and the great new banner!

Soon to have a 2 1/2 inch lift with 33's or a 4" lift and 35's

The 'Burb and my 27ft Interstate snowmobile trailer.  Holds 4 to 5 sleds and in the summer we throw in cots, our camping gear and soon our ATV's and use it as a camper trailer -

Wifey won't let me do much to "her" 'Burb, but the Jimmy is definately going to undergo a transformation over the next year.  In addition to the lift, wheels and tires, there may be a new motor, sound system, exterior mods and more.  The body, paint and interior is still like new. A real find.  More pic posts as the Jimmy evolves -

Since that Blazer already has a TBI 350 and a NP205 t-case, the next thing it needs is some new axles.  I think you ought to ditch the stock 10 bolts for a Corporate FF 14 bolt out back and a Dana 60 in the front.  Ought to be plenty strong enough to handle some 33's.   :chevy:

Yes General, I sold the truck earlier this year.  It was paid for, had close to 100K on it and I wanted a big block to pull the trailer.  Plus it made more sense to have a vehicle that could carry 4 or more guys comfortably, if I could tow 4 or more sleds.  Nobody likes to sit on the ext cab bench for very long!

Kyle, I have in the back of my mind a plan for the axles on that Jimmy.  Not initially, but maybe eventually..... :thumb:
