Biggest Tire?

Recommended Posts

hey guys, does anyone know the largest size tire with a Rough Country 2" front level, 1.25" body lift and readylift 3" rear blocks?

im thinking of going with the 285/65R18 tires, but i would also like to try 305/65R18.

they are 32.8" and 33.7" respectively.

is anyone running this set up??

I would say a true 33x12.5 with right offset is the Max

+1

Im running 295/70r17 which measure out to be 33.19x12.13 on stock rims. I only rub on the driver side because the parking brake pushes the fender out by 1/8'' more then the passenger side.

do you think it would be possible to do 305/70r17s? I have heard of people running 295/70r18 (34.25) and 305/70r17 is 33.81

also just found this link too: 315/70/17 . according to the O.P., the tires fit fine with really no rubbing. they measure 34.36 inches high. anyone else hear of that at all?

Tread hijacker!!!

Anyways... No that's going to be too big.

The biggest I would go on my set up would be 33.6" or 33.7"

I'm not sure if I want to take the chance of it rubbing. Might stay with 285/65 but I would love to go 295/65

lol my apologies. trying to figure out the size tires im going to go with and unfortunately there arent any forums listing this tire size with the exception of a few people saying theyre running that tire size but dont go into it any further.

295/65/18's would measure at 33.1 so its not that far out. IMO i think that would be ok

Does anyone even make a 295/65/18?? You'll be pushing it with the 305's I think, but it would look pretty damn good. I know my buddy has Trail Grapplers in a 285/65/18 and he rubs on a 2" kit because they are a little over 12" wide. So be wary if you're planning on going Nitto, they run large.

I think good year makes a 295/65/18 duratrack but I believe they are the only ones and I have heard something about the sidewall is thin on them but who knows have to look into it more before purchase. With out trimming safest way is 285/65/18. Personally I would trim a little and go with the 305. I am going with a 305/55/20 on a set of ultra predator 20" but I don't mind massaging a little. Depends on what you are comfortable with
