Bilstein 5100 And 2 Inch Lift...sway Bar End Links

Recommended Posts

Not too long ago i installed the bilstein 5100 adjustable height shocks on the front of my 2010 silverado. I have a hellwig solid sway bar on the front of the truck. As we all know the stock sway bar end links don't hold up all that long, so i ended up putting energy suspension end links in. With the 2 inch body lift, my LCA's are pushing down...and i'm trying to figure out how to get the end links sqare and straight like they are supposed to be. But...here is my question. Since the LCA's are angled out a bit...trying to have the end links at a 90 degree angle wouldn't be correct, they are supposed to be parallel to the LCA's are they not?...the end link on the drivers side is almost perfectly straight up and down, and the passenger side is not quite there so i think i need to adjust the sway bar over a little bit, but i was wondering if anyone had any insight to this. To add to the mix, Hellwig provides spacers to put in with the bushing mounts so that it clears the transmission cooler lines...which probably totals about 1/2 an inch of dropping the sway bar down.

Any ideas?
