Does anyone plow with Ford keys?

Is there anything I should watch out for? A tech at the alignment shop said something funny about the camber and toe being way off with the plow on. I would think that would be true even without the Ford keys. I have ordered a helper spring from Macspring.com. Anyone have any experience? Thanks in advance.
