Rc Level And 275 70 18 Tires, Want A Bit More Height

I just recently put a set of wheels and tires on my truck, 2010 1500, after I had installed my rc 2 in leveling kit, and it looks dang good but I want just a tad more height. Im thinking about a 1.5" body lift, whats the pros and cons of this? Anyone have this setup?

haha alright I have searched for a kit but cant seem to find one, are they difficult to install?

rc makes a 1.25 kit(cheapest), zone offroad makes a 1.5" and a 3"...install is about 6-8 hours

if money is no problem and you want an extra 1/4" of lift Zone 1.5 BL and order their rear bumper brackets for an extra $50 or so. Or, you could get a complete kit from rough country of 1.25 BL. you could also trade in your 2" leveling kit for a 2.5" leveling kit, and get the 1.5" BL to make 4" of lift, dont forget to add either a 2.5 or 3" rear block with U bolts, rough country also has a 3" rear lift block.

i hear the 2.5 inch level is too much, everyone told me 2 max when iw as looking into. i did the zone 2 inch level and 1.5 body lift and love it. need bigger tires that what i got tho.

No, you don't HAVE to buy new blocks, some just like to keep some of the rake. And 2.5" is the max. Many people run it with no issues.

i know on my 2011 ext cab a 2" leveling kit brought my truck up beyond 1/4" from being level. nose sat higher. so i put some 2" blocks to raise the rear .75" of an inch (1/2) taller. it made a lot of difference

Yea, you really need to take measurements on your fenders. 2.5" brought mine level with the rear. 2" sat just a little lower in the front. It was close to where you couldn't tell, but still lower.
