3M eraser wheel will take most of it off including whats left of the tape. Use the goo gone or adhesive remover to clean up the remainder

my RCX 4.75" lift is holding up good after 3000 miles on it. no rubbing, no clunking, still rides decent. stock tire/wheels are killin me though... anyone wanna lend me some wheels and tires? lol
