A few recent photos...

Thought I'd post a few more Ford photos for the few GM fans who also like Fords!

From today. Loaded up and delivered a few loads of firewood here that my dad sold to a guy who lives about 15 miles away. The guy paid us extra $$ to deliver it and unload it at the end of his driveway:

This is just a shot of the new molded mudflaps I put on. I don't like mudflaps much but the deep treads on the 285AT tires throw gravel like crazy:

A shot of the rear seat cargo tray I ordered from Ford parts. This is nice for keeping tools and junk from sliding around on the floor. When the rear seats fold down it's covered and you can't even tell it's in there from outside the truck:

And a shot of it loaded up with some stuff. The motorcycle is not mine but I was moving it for a family member:

Also I appreciate everyone's positive comments and the cool attitude from everybody since I no longer own the Chevy and still hang around here. I signed up at some of the Ford sites and there's alot of good info at them but they seem to lack the air of general friendliness that this site has-which is why I'm still here.

Plus me owning a Ford gives some of you a chance to make up some good jokes at my expense-so I do serve a purpose!

Honest opinions from a truck owner. dodge sucks.

I don't care for the color, but i do like the exhaust choice. You need to do some more mods to it, get some wheels to fill the wheelwell and repaint it, i can't get past the brown.

sorry, you wanted honesty.

Next time buy a chevy or ford and start with something good and go from there.

HE%* YEAH!!! Im glad to see someone with a truck set up like that! Cummins is the shiznit!!!! Nice, very nice. Those trucks sound sweet with straight exhaust! (and I do mean the Cummins5.9, sorry DMax people) :thumb: :thumb: That gets 2 thumbs up from me!

Fen, in all honesty, Dodge gassers and the auto trannies do suck, but the rest is solid, and I tried but couldn't find a furd or chebby with a Cummins And for that year model I wasn't about to buy an old chebby 6.5 diesel And I needed a solid front axle...I don't trust IFS with 1000-plus ft-lbs of torque Also, putting larger wheels and tires would only slow me down...my rig is for trailering and dragging only...off-roading is just asking for something to break

99silver5.3....I'm glad I could find some folks with some sense on this page ...I knew there had to be intelligent life in here. What's that rig under your screen name...yours? Funny how all the real truck owners know about the quality of Cummins because no one else seems to understand.

I have to agree....very nice RAM. Anything that puts out that much power, deserves some respect IMO. Do you find any problems driving that thing on a daily basis with that much power? (ie small things breaking, driveablity (sp?) )

Anyways, again....nice truck!

The truck isnt mine. Its an 03 Freightliner Classic XL. It belongs to the company I work for, its just one out of the fleet. The newer trucks we have been getting have Detroit Series 60's in them. The older Classics have the N14+. Most of the drivers like the N14+ more than the Series 60.
