Wood Grain Trim On 07+ Silverado

Recommended Posts

This has been causing me drama for a long time. Either you can get your stickers, or stick on plastic molds. Another option is to order OEM parts in the silver that you find in a lot of the silver interior trucks. Final option, which i'm probably going to do is have all the pieces custom airbrushed.

The OEM parts doesn't come in silver for the big piece in front of the passenger, as far as I have found.

I think a paint job is whats going to happen...I cant stand stickers.

Yes the passenger piece does come in all silver. You can also look into hydrocoating. This is what I am doing. It's about $500 same as swapping out all the trim to the factory silver, but I get to choose the color and pattern. Check eBay there is a guy that does it. If I can find his website i'll post it. Posting from my phone right now so don't have it handy.

I have an All Terrain Sierra without any woodgrain. You may be able to order OEM trim parts out of one of those to put in the Silverado.

This is a bad picture, but you can tell it's not woodgrain:

I thought the Sierra's had a different dash on the passenger side is all...Never looked at the interior of an All Terrain...Good to know. Thanks.

Id like to know why they put both the brushed aluminum and the wood in my SLT,I would like just the pieces to change it to all silver

yeah....so I checket the Sierra AT trim...its the same....but oh my god expensive....like a G note to change everything out...screw that.

I will get it coated, airbrushed or wait for one to end up in the wreckers first.
