K&n Fipk Swap?

I'm getting another rig and wondered if my intake would swap over. Its coming off an '01 4.8 going to '02 6.0. I looked up the part numbers and they are different but I thought maybe some of you might know for sure before I waste my time. Thanks.

1500 to 2500?

1500 2wd to 1500hd 4wd if that matters. It looks like it will bolt right up but I'm not sure if the maf is the same.

It fit perfect. Maf bolt pattern was the same. Fired right up and runs perfect.
