Rough Country New Body Lift

Recommended Posts

I think its a good deal. Yea you lose a 1/4" but gain the bumper brackets for the same price as the Zone BL w/o bumpe brackets. That said a lot of guys are running the 1.5 for just that little extra. I am planning on a 6" lift with 305/55/20 on a 5" back space which will rub. This BL would probably be just right to clear the inner fender without looking like you added a BL and the brackets are included nice 50$ savings imo

i agree that it is alot of work for just over an inch, and 3" is a bit too much. i think its a rip off that the 3" kit is about $450 from Zone Canada, and the 1.25 kit from RC is $125...the only difference is the size of the pucks

I installed the RC 1.25 body lift on Friday. Was not that difficult at all. I already had the RC leveling kit. Running 275/60/20 Cooper Zeon LTZ's on MB Gunner 6 wheels. I'll try to get some pics this week.

how long did it take you and how many guys?

About 8 hrs with a friend and took a lunch break. If I had to do it again, I think I could do it myself in about 5. I tried posting some pics from my Droid X, but the board won't accept more that 1mb and most of my pics are more than 2mb.....help/suggestions. I'm no cyber geek.
