Autocal And Blackbear Help

I know this has been covered over and over again, but if i could get some feedback on a few questions I still have i would really appreciate it...please excuse my ignorance, I am not the most knowledgeable person when in comes to this stuff.

From what I understand, they send the autocal, you download a efilive program, use the autocal to record data from your truck at stock settings, add that to your efilive program and also send the info back to blackbear. They take your info and tune your truck accordingly, and send the tunes back. You can then take the tunes and put them on your truck through the autocal. Is this correct? am i missing a few things??

I am also confused on the tune options, I understand it improves shift points and firmness, but what are some of the other things guys are doing to their trucks, and what are the pros and cons to these tunes?

Lastely I do not want to void the warrenty on my truck and have heard different things on how the tunes affect warrenty. Can you put the tune back to stock settings and not have warrenty issues? or will the dealership be able to see that changes have been made?

Thanks for all the help
