Pushbars

Recommended Posts

I know it's a matter of opinion, but I really want to buy a push bar that looks good!  Does anyone have any pictures of their trucks with bars on the front?  I really like the stainless steel Bull Bar, but does it look dumb on a lifted 2500HD?  Your input would be VERY helpful!

I went for the full frontal replacment bumper w/integrated push bar, it is the RanchHand HD Rover.  I needed a new bumper and I have seen a few of theese around and really liked them.  They bolt to the frame and weigh around 300lbs, very sturdy.  I have attached some of my photos.

A head up on the Ranchhand.  I have the front end replacement on my HD and the cowboy rear bumper.  They are located in Shiner, TX and make a great product.  But they are only powder coated and will rust.  I dropped mine on some rocks off-roading and it rusted like a bitch.  No big deal I just Sand blasted it and had mine Galvanized, sanded and painted black.  So far so good.  Plus I have a 30 year guarantee on the paint from Whitt Galvanizing.

I just installed a Westin Bull Bar on my truck today, it looks AWESOME!  I love it!  Now I have to put some lights on it, any suggestions?  Thanks

One possibility:

Two lights in one.

WARN SDB-Series Lights

Computer-designed lenses and precision-tuned reflector assemblies make the SDB-Series an efficient off-road light. The polycarbonate resin protective shells and die-cast aluminum bodies help ensure they stay that way.

SDB-210HB 200,000 Candle Power Driving/Spot Light  The SDB-210HB uses a precision design Free Curve reflector that is outstandingly smooth and heat resistant. It reflects light efficiently due to the vaporized aluminum applied to the reflector surface.

Aggressive off-road drivers will appreciate a lamp with a spot beam able to illuminate approximately 270 meters ahead, with a concentrated lighting pattern and a driving beam wide enough to supplement vehicle headlights by illuminating the entire surface in front of the vehicle.

Hard off-road driving generates vibration and shock. The SDB-210HB has an internal light frame to protect the lamp and a stone guard to protect the lens. The body is constructed of a polycarbonate resin which has excellent impact resistance.

Serious off-roaders usually run in serious weather. The SDB-210HB has weather resistant rubber seal to help protect the lamp integrity. The hardened glass lens gives excellent heat and thermal shock resistance, strength and translucency. The lamp illumination angle can be adjusted to 15 degrees up or down to fine-tune the light pattern.

Dual beam control switch includes relay control feature and LED illumination when lamps are in use.

Very nice lights!!  I will definitely look into buying these ones.  Warn has alot of excellent products, I didnt even think about them for lights.  I noticed your pictures of Moab, are you from Utah?  I live about 5 hours north of Moab. Anyway, thanks for the info amigo!
