Gibson Headers & Cat-Back Exhaust

Any opinions on Gibson Headers and Cat-Back Exhaust System. Gibson Factory states it will work on my truck. Banks does not make one for my truck. My truck has a four cat smog system, good old California Smog Emission System.

My brother has a 97 RAM that he put a Gibson cat-back on about 3 or 4 years ago. He's had no problems with it -- sounds nice and doesn't look all that rusted either. I've been thinking about the Gibson or MagnaFlow for my truck.
