Lombard Cruise Nights Saturday night

Ok, What do you say that we do a detail session Saturday at my place and from there, head over to Lombard for cruise nights?

Of course I'll be taking the Camaro instead, but if so, we need to get there around 5:15-5:30pm (maybe sooner) as the place is packed. Two weeks ago when I went, was probably the busiest I have ever seen it in the 3 years I've been going (it happens every Saturday night BTW). Cars had to practically park on rooftops it was sooo busy. And I know my friend Dave will be there with his '68 Chevelle that is caged and tubbed and usually attracts quite the crowd.

Fun and frivolity is guaranteed as we can laugh at the fools with their 15 sec mustangs and the dork who shows up with his new "noodled out" Beetle. And JP, you can bring your truck and let us have at it detailing it. :sideways:

Well, I guess I'm glad no one has responded cause as usual things have popped up.

However, if you're still interested in cruise nights, we can do that.

It sounds pretty interesting. Where is cruise nights again? I would feel like a fool bringing my truck there, since the majority will probaly be cars.

I'll be in, but this weekends out for me, I've got a party on friday night (hopefully) so I'll be sleeping most of the day saturday.

It's in downtown Lombard along Main St./St. Charles Rd.

I don't think you'd be laughed at at all! Granted the majority is muscle and performance cars, but with stuff like a new Beetle and a few little imports that are allowed to even be in the zip code, you should be allright. Plus, two weeks ago, there was a black, totally lifted 2500HD (idenical to mine, just black) on 33's that was roaming around.
