I know when I updated from v2.0 or 2.2, I just downloaded an update from Autotap.com.

Can I use the KAT1EFIPRO AutoTap Hardware and EFILive V5 Pro with bi-directional controls on my 8.1L, which is not technically a LS1?? - if so, you got an order

Autotap will work on all OBDII vehicles including our 8.1's.  Dunno about the EFIlive part though.

obyone: No problem at all. Orders can be placed on our website or by calling 1-877-4-TBYRNE. I've been using this software for years and am looking forward to the new version.

 

This software (AT!, EFIlive ect...) will work on everything except the 6.6 motor.

 

CMNTMXR81: You can send your hardware into Autotap (B&B) to be upgraded for $75. Upgrading to software would be $99.99.
