hello i am looking to buy a throttle body spacer but i dont know the correct thickness to buy. i have a 1997 gmc k2500 5.7L 350. any comments would help thanks.

Buy the thickest one you can find. This way the paper doesn't blow out from under it.

Seriously, the only thing a throttle body spacer is good for is lightening your wallet. Throttle body spacers work well on a 95 or older truck that still has TBI, but on yours nothing, notta, zip zilch.

Visit this website www.blackbearperformance.com and take the money you're planning on spending on the spacer and use it toward a Custom tune. I promise you will be happy you did.
