    I have been looking for a four door crew cab with the standard or "longer" bed that is common on extended cab models. I notice this is a very tough combination to find on dealer lots. Is this basically build to order combination? I am surprised that it is not a popular vehicle. Really thinking about replacing my one owner 99 Sierra with either the GMC or Chevy model.
